Musee
de la Ville Brussels is a Brussels city museum
– it was set up in the 19th Century to document
the history of the City itself. On the second floor
you can see all the models, diagrams and plans that
were involved in the growth of the city and its development.
There are lots of tapestries, old maps, architectural
relics, and also a fine collection of paintings. This
is the museum with the wardrobe of Manneken
Pis - go to the third floor.
The Museum is in the Grand Place
and is so central it is very easy to drop in and enjoy
the displays.
