Be
very selective when visiting the famous (once Butcher’s
Street) Rue des Bouchers –
the street is lined with touristy restaurants- most
offering seafood especially the famous Moule et Pomme
Frittes.
Rue de Bouchers is probably worth
a visit - it's a quaint narrow street with an unbelievable
clutter of restaurants but it is something of a tourist
trap and it might be better to stroll.
I didn't go to it but some say try the Theatre
de Toone - pub with a difference. Upstairs,
right in the tip top is the theatre for the puppet
show. But the pub part downstairs is said to serve
a decent pint.
